How do rentals work?

1. INQUIRE
Check out the rental inventory, choose some pieces, submit an inquiry form for availability!

2. PAY DEPOSIT AND SIGN CONTRACT
Yay! You are booked! You can add more rentals as you go along up to 2 weeks before your event date.

3 . COMPLETE THE DESIGN FORM AND APPROVE MOCKUP
You'll fill this out 2 to 3 weeks before your event date for verbiage, design, and pickup or delivery instructions.
A mock up will be created for you to approve after this and I will get started on your order!

4. ENJOY YOUR RENTALS!
Once your rentals are returned then your order is complete! Don't forget to leave a review for all your favorite vendors!

If I rent a seating chart, when is all of that information due?

Seating charts along with the other verbiage will be due 2 weeks before your event date.
Of course I will always allow for accommodations for any late rsvps you may have.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

I offer day of delivery and/or pickup to your venue within 1 hour from my home studio in Murfreesboro, TN for an additional charge.
If your venue is out of that range or you would rather save on that cost, you are more than welcome to pickup within 2 days before your event date and return within 2 days afterwards.

Do you offer set up services?

I don’t offer set up services currently and leave that up to the professionals on where will look best for your signage. On occasion, if your signage has a lot of parts due to an installation, I will offer this free of charge if you’ve added delivery and pickup to your order.

What services do you offer?

Currently my offerings include:
Signage rentals, signage for purchase, lettering services on client provided surfaces, jacket personalization, venue/house/pet portraits, envelope addressing, etc.

What services do you not offer?

While there are many things that I can do, here are some things I currently don’t offer:
Invitation design/printing, large scale installations & engraving. If interested in these services, I can definitely recommend some people!

What if I’m not sure what I want to rent yet but definitely want to book?

There’s alot of inventory and signage to consider so I get it! I just require one thing that you for sure want so we can get you started. After that you are free to add as you get a better idea of what’s needed until the cut off date two weeks before your event date.
